How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our studio within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days within the country. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Shipping details
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. How returns work
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Our ceramics and glass are made by hand in small batches, so glaze, size and colour vary a little from piece to piece. We think that is what makes them yours.
Which cushion size do I need?
Choose the size of your cushion pad. A 45 × 45 cm cover suits most sofas; a 50 × 50 cm cover suits deeper seats and beds. Covers are sold without pads.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is packed in recycled paper and card. Add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card, free of charge.
