Shipping
Standard delivery
$8, free on orders over $80. 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and sent within 2 working days, Monday to Friday.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves the studio.
Packaging
Recycled paper and card, no plastic fillers. Fragile pieces are double-boxed.

Returns
30 days to decide
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
We refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
Arrived damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace the piece or refund it, including shipping.
How to return
Write to us with your order number and we'll send you the return address and a label.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best before it is packed. After that, you can return it once it arrives.

Products and care
Are the ceramics dishwasher safe?
Mugs, bowls and plates are dishwasher and microwave safe. Vases and candle vessels should be washed by hand.
Why are there small bubbles in my glass?
Our glass is mouth-blown, so tiny bubbles and slight differences in shape are part of the process, not faults.
How do I care for linen?
Wash at 30 °C, line dry and avoid tumble drying, which can shrink linen. It softens with every wash.
Sizing
Which cushion cover size should I choose?
Pick the size of your cushion pad: 45 × 45 cm for most sofas, 50 × 50 cm for deeper seats and beds. Covers come without pads.
Which vase size suits which flowers?
The small Dune Vase (22 cm) suits one or two short stems; the large (30 cm) suits branches and taller stems.
